Scott's focus with the Sam Miller Team is working as a Buyer's Specialist. This enables him to work directly with homebuyers and help them select a great home and to help them obtain competitive financing, inspections, and assist them through the entire closing process. Scott has acheived the designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative, ABR, and is a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors. Scott is also a member of the Knox County Board of Realtors. Scott lives in Mount Vernon with his wife and three children.
